This dishwasher last night continually filled and drained all night, the only way to stop this was to turn off the water going to the dishwasher. Now if I turn on the water, it continually fills up and will not drain. Any thoughts on what this could be. I have vaccumed out the water, and checked the filters as well as the opening for the impeller for debris. No luck. Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks,
Garry

Did you get an answer for this problem? I just bought and installed a Bosch and when I turn the water back on to try it out, the vent hold inside pours water into the tub. This is before I have begun to run a cycle. I am baffled.

Thanks.

PaigeH4,

In my case the problem turned out to be the water inlet valve. After I replaced that the dishwasher is running normally. Hope this helps.
