We had a lightning strike on a Kenmore Model # 253.55683400 a few weeks ago. We first had to replace the starter relay and have now had to replace the evaporator fan motor. Since we’ve replaced the motor, the evaporator fan is very loud.

Is there anything we can do to help with this noise?

Should we have replaced the defrost control board, freezer thermostat, etc. at the same time?

Thanks!
