This GE washer does not drain consistently, if I blow into the discharge hose while in the drain cycle it does begin to drain. I have checked the hoses and pump for blockage there appears to be nothing. Is it possible that the blockage is in the bottom of the tub:confused:
How do I determine if it is a bad pump or possible unseen blockage?
Any suggestions I am lost at this point
Thank You in Advance

Remove the small hose from the pump and see if anything is in it. The pump by the way needs to be taken apart. Those small electric pumps get sand and strings coins and small socks in them. If you washed an old rug with a rubber base on it then those rubber particles get everywhere.
