Greetings All,
My Sears top loader washer won't cycle - Again:mad: . I replaced the timer about 8 months ago and it was working just fine, until this week.

This is what is happening:

It sits in wash (fills okay, agitates just fine). If I push the timer in and manually turn it to each cycle does what its supposed to, but it wont proceed to the next cycle. It just sits..

Of course the local appliance shop where I bought a new timer fo 110 bucks 8 months ago, doesn't want anything to do with the issue because the timer is no longer under warranty(what ever happend to the local Mom and Pop's mentality?)..

Any help would be great!!!

Hi Brian,

Unfortunately sounds like the problem is a bad timer again. It definitely should last more than 8 months.

You can buy the new timer from AppliancePartsPros.com with one year warranty for only $87.46

- The part number for the timer is AP3018690

Gene.
