It Collects In The Bottom Of The Freezer And The Freezer Like Goes In Defrost Mode And It Melts And Runs Out On The Foor One Or Twice A Day . The Refrigator Is At Good Temp And The Freezer Is At A Good Temp.works Good Except For The Water On The Floor.

The problem is a clogged and frozen drain under the evaporator in the freezer. You can defrost it with a hair dryer and then run hot water through the drain to make sure it's clean.

I'm not able to provide more specific advice because you did not post the complete model number of the refrigerator.
