I Have A 2003 Ge Side By Side Refrigerator And I Have Water Coming Out Of The Bottom Of The Refrigerator On The Freezer Side. It Collects In The Bottom Of The Freezer And The Freezer Like Goes In Defrost Mode And It Melts And Runs Out On The Foor One Or Twice A Day . The Refrigator Is At Good Temp And The Freezer Is At A Good Temp.works Good Except For The Water On The Floor.

The problem is a clogged and frozen drain under the evaporator in the freezer. You can defrost it with a hair dryer and then run hot water through the drain to make sure it's clean.

so take everthing out of freezer run hair dryer on bottom of freezer then pour hot water in drain in back of refrigerator do i have to un plug and let whole refrigerator cool down or can just un plug and work on ? thanks 4 the advice i appreciate it.
