My oven will not raise the temperature above 135 degrees. I suspect a thermostat but cannot find a part by that name in the parts list which came with the range. I do find a part called a sensor (wb20x0106) which is illustrated in the schematic where I would expect to find a thermostat.
My question is: Is the sensor the temperature controller and, if so, how is it replaced? Does a step-by-step instruction accompany the part when purchased from Sears? If the sensor is not the culprit, do you have a suggestion for diagnosing the problem?
Thanks!!!
