I have new maytag fridge model MF12266AEU French Door with external icemaker/water dispenser.The unit makes ice but does not dispense ice or water also cannot adjust temp stuck on factory settings. I checked in coming line/valves already.Sounds like controls are locked out because they just beep when pushed. Does this model have lockout feature? Any ideas suggestions?

I have same issue. Per manual there is a five minute run lockout but per repair man it's one minute. There is a sequence to reset but not in manual. Last repairman gave me sequence but must have missed step since it does not get access to reset model lockout.
Does anyone have exact touch pad sequence to reset
