I am trying to replace a light switch (part # 3 of diagram 5) Fresh food section replacement parts for General Electric ZISB42DSE Refrigerator | AppliancePartsPros.com on a GE ZISB42DSE but cannot figure out how to remove the grey colored grate (part #7925 of diagram 3) Freezer section replacement parts for General Electric ZISB42DSE Refrigerator | AppliancePartsPros.com

I can easily remove the 3 screws located at the top of the grate but it still won't budge.

Any suggestions regarding how to remove this grate would be greatly appreciated.
