Could someone assist me with instructions on how to replace the smart board # AP2026251 on a ge advantium oven? Thank you.

The control panel is hinged at the bottom and secured at the top with one screw. The right side of the control panel has alignment tabs which fit into slots on the chassis.
To access the control panel area follow these steps: 1. Remove the upper grill.
2.Remove the screw securing the top of the control panel to the chassis.
3.Open the oven door and place your right hand flat on the face of the control panel. Push upward to disengage the alignment tabs.
4. Gently pull the top of the control panel toward you.

Thank you Gene. Once that control panel is removed, is it safe to assume that to remove the smart board I simply unplug all the connections and remove the screws, and reverse the order to install the new board?
