The dryer motor humms. It will work without a load on it. Will turn empty drum if I hand start it. Drum is not binding and turns freely. New motor does the same thing. Seems like not enough voltage at motor.

Look for burnt wires somewhere. If you see none, take apart the timer and check for burnt contacts.
