this is a follow up to my Kenmore Elite Coldspot (106.52294100) side by side refrigerator regarding replacing the main pc board. both side of the fridge is not cooling when i replace the main pc board. i also noticed that the fan and condenser on the back is not making any kind of noise. The fan is not spinning and the condenser is not making a humming noise. Could this be a bad relay(s) connecting to the condenser? Does any body have any suggestion? thanks
