Hi this GE H/C water has the water freezing up.Hot is fine Just there is ice forming. any help available? :(

well i only perform refrigerator repair but I would have to say that the reason your water is freezing is due to the unit running too long. the thermostat that reads and controls temperature has failed.

:) Many thanks for your reply. Problem is to find the temperature control. Do u have a part # or any info on this model. I cannot locate parts or any info on this cooler :(

Again, I do not repair these. I would try GE for starters.
