freezer wont defrost /just replaced heat defroster or what ever u call it/ how do i adjust timer/ i think it runs to long per cycle.PLEASE HELP .YOU CAN CALL ME OR EMAIL--FAST . BRUCE chessmann@verizon.net /443-813-0720

I will try and help you with your refrigerator repair. Since you replaced the defrost heater assembly, that which actually heats up, I would further check your defrost termination limit control, clipped to the top of the evaporator, and if that is ok, then your problem will be with the defrost control, failing to switch unit into defrost cycle.
