The dishwasher will not work at all. I have power to it and tested the two door switches, and have power to the "line"terminal of the circuit board. Nothing coming out of the board though.. The LEDs are all dead on the door.

Well, if you get 110 volts to the board and the board shows no signs of life, that usually indicates that the board is bad.

Try this troubleshooting guide and see what you come up with.

Replacement board for your model:
- If series number is between 00 and 18 use this board
- If series number is 19 or higher use this board

Thank you.. There goes $100.00. It is a quiet series 300 .. Which series number are you referring to?

The flow chart was very helpful. I actually got the dishwasher running... only problem now is that there is no digital display. However the lights do light up now and the dishwasher makes noise! So it's probably the "membrane" (control panel?)

Normally, the display is part of the board, but in your case it is part of the membrane.

- Replacement membrane (black)

P.S. Not that it matters now, but I'll mention it just in case. The series number can be found on the model number tag on the dishwasher. Maytag appliances sometimes have three pieces of info: model number, serial number, and a two digit series number.

ok...now I am looking at the info...I see the Model #...the Serial # but no two digit #. I see some stuff off to the left...but they are 6 and 8 long.

I hate to think that after all the plumbing stuff I have learned on this thing, I have to learn circuit stuff too. grrrr
