I purchased this whirlpool brand new. it has not worked as expected. recently i purchased a new filter and that seemed to work but now another issue has developed.
It runs, the rotating automatic switch doesnt move and eventually the machine doesn't dry clothes.
i opened the back cover to see if there is anything,but could not see anything. i took out the pannel with heater coils to see if they heat up but they remain as cold as ice.
PLEASE HELP.

Seems like you have a bad timer. You can take it apart to check for burnt contacts.
