I need help with this. The ice maker is getting plenty of water and working normally. The water side is not putting water out. The switch is engaging when the lever is depressed but I'm not getting any water. Please advise. Thanks:confused:

Pull your grille (kick plate) off at the bottom, and locate the waterline coming from the bottom hinge of the freezer door, there is a union connector there, disconnect one side of the waterline, now with the freezer door closed, push for water like your getting a glass of water. If water comes out of the hose you disconnected, the line is frozen in the door, if no water comes out of the hose problem is elsewhere....Post your results
