I was cleaning the control pad with a damp cloth and the display went to sabbath mode. Now none of the buttons work on the panel. Holding down the clock button for three seconds does nothing. The panel is dead except for the display. Unplugging the oven and plugging it back in does nothing either. It just comes back up to sabbath mode.:( Is this an issue with the control panel itself or is something else going on.?

Try touching and holding "Cancel" and "Timer" for 3 to 5 seconds; then "Clock" for three too five seconds. If nothing changes, I would suspect a bad control board.
[Cancel and Tmer, pressed together locks out the touch pad.]
