My dryer was originally a 4prong outlet, and I removed it and put on a 3prong cable, used it for about 3 years, and now need to put the 4prong back on, but wiring is confusing me. I forgot to write down the original wiring. Inside I have black/white/blue.. the white connector/cable has two wires attached, one connecting to the dryer frame. The cable (original) has black, white, green and red wires. Not sure how to hook them up. Can someone help? I assume, black to black?, red to blue?, green to frame?, remove the white 'patch' wire between the frame and the white cable(inside)?, and white to white? I took a picture, it's attached

The procedure is explained in Appendix A of the service manual.
