Hi,
Bought a refrigerator on craigslist and got unlucky - dishonest seller, lots of problems.
Anyway, hopefully with the help here I will be able to solve most of the problems.
The two biggest problems are: 1. The control display doesn't work. It beeps when I press buttons, but there is nothing displaying and it does not change the temperature. What parts do I most likely need - low voltage board, high voltage board?
2. The bottom freezer is missing one of the larger plastic rollers (about 3" diameter). Viking only sells the entire bottom freezer assembly ($188). Are the plastic rollers standard enough that it can be replaced with another.
Many thanks in advance!
Sam

Hi again,
If no one is able to answer, perhaps someone could point out a better place to ask the question?
Thanks,
Sam

without testing, i can only guess that it would be low voltage board, as that would be the board that sends the low voltage to the display lights. RE: standard parts. There are no parts for any refrigerator that are standard and will fit other refrigerators. If they say you need to be this kit to get the proper rollers, I would do as they say. Personally, and of course professionally, I would think you might want to shop around for house call charges and have a reliable refrigerator repair service inspect your refrigerator.
