Woke up this morning, water on floor under frig (ice was melting in freezer's ice maker box) refrigerator temp was 65, freezer temp was 35 everything defrosted! Unplugged unit vacuumed dust bunnies of tubes, let cool down, plugged back in, runs fine and quiet. BUT I hear the compressor click on - run for 17 seconds then clicks off for 90 seconds, then back on for 17 seconds & then off for 90, is this normal. Why did it defrost overnight?? Possible defrost timer?? Any help appreciated.
Thanks Joe
