My friend gave me a washer that supposedly just squealed in the spin cycle. I replaced the snubber, yet that was not the only problem. The washer makes a banging noise in the spin cycle, sometimes it is worse than others. Can you please give me some guidance to troubleshoot and fix this problem?
Thanks

Remove the front panel and check the belt and the idler. Post the results.
