We have an Insinkerator dishwasher that is somewhere near 18 years old. Of course, the company quit making dishwashers at least 10 years ago so they have no parts available.

It cleans like it's brand new, and the inside looks brand new; however, one of the upper rack rollers that the slider is attached to is missing (the axle is still plugged into the wall): we never did find the roller inside the machine so don't have a clue as to whether it broke, fell off or was just plain missing when installed. Does anyone have any idea if the generic rollers will fit? Or a particular brand that would carry roller replacements that would fit? Any suggestions are appreciated. Bob

Good News! Unclipped the end off the rack, removed slider and the roller fell into the dishwasher: it wasn't missing at all, just was loose in the slider! Replaced the roller, reassembled the parts and she's working good as new! Should have completely disassembled the slider to begin with. Bob
