The water line in the freezer door is broken. i took off the cover on the face of the door and took out all the screws tried to pry out the insert and can't get it out .I'm sure that the insulation that was sprayed in when it was manufactured is part of the problem.Do i need to cut a hole in the in side of the door to excess the water line.Any help would be appreciated.

You'd better get a Bosch trained technician to look at it befor going any further. If you have to pry that hard to get a component out, that's not the way it went in.
