I ordered a new motor assembly for a kenmore 587.15142400 dishwasher. The old part number is 154474001. The replacement part number is 154682801. The problem is that the new motor has a different wiring harness. Anyone know how to make the old wiring connect to the new? In the pictures, the new motor has the gray top. Please help soon, my wife is ready to kill me for not hiring someone to fix it. Thanks dma1234 attached the following image(s):

Just cut off the plug (with at least 2" wires) from the old motor and splice it to the new motor wires.
Gene.
