I addressed this problem in January through your repair forum and have not received an answer. Please help me.

I recently replaced, through your company, the ice maker model listed above in my GE Hotpoint Model CSH24GRTA AA. It installed just fine and produced ice cubes just fine. However, it is dripping a very slight amount of water and ice cubes are freezing together in the Ice Bucket and jamming the spiral mechanism that delivers ice cubes through the front door of the refrigerator. Ice will not come out of the door once the cubes are frozen together.

I have check the tube that brings water into the ice maker and all seems OK. Could the ice maker be faulty and over flowing when filling with water? Is there a setting or something I need to change. How can I determine the problem and resolve it? Thanks for your help. m

There is a water fill adjustment screw in this ice maker. Pry off the front cover and locate the screw on the side of the head. One complete revolution of the adjustment screw is approximately one second of fill time or 18 cc's of water. Normal fill time is 5.1 seconds. Normal water fill is 95 cc's per cycle.
