Both the upper and lower lights flicker and a electrical short sound is heard by the lower light sockets when the refrig door is opened. Additionally, when the lights are flickering the freezer and refrig cold control level lights do not work. When I take out the light bulbs the short sound disappears and the freezer and refrig cold control level lights work. I replaced the light bulbs with new GE 40watt appliance bulbs and the problem still happens. Any Suggestions on how to repair and what is the cause?
