I own the Model #KBFA20ERSS, we bought it only about 2 years ago as I recall. The deli drawer/face hinges off of 2 small cylindrical posts. The right side post (as viewed looking in) has broken off.
I've located a parts diagram for this model, but cannot tell which part is needed. Can you help? Thanks in advance.

johnstonri, we have the same problem with kitchenaid kbfs25etss on the left side and fear the fix might be replacement of the entire molded plastic liner :eek:. How did you resolve your problem?
