Both fans run, but compressor won't start. what do I check to pinpoint the bad part? Thanks in advance for your help!

pull relay off compressor and shake it if sounds like sand moving around or rattling then replace

Removed the "overload" shook it, and it rattles... Now where do I get one??:confused:
