:) I just wanted to post a "BIG" thankyou to this forum and in particular to "Gene".

I did a lot of reading and Gene's answers to similar questions had my old Maytag up and running in no time. Gene, it was the Gas Valve Coils. Seems to be a common problem from the Maytags!

While I was in there, I was able to clean everything out and replace a belt that was in the process of going.

Again, many thanks and I will keep my fingers crossed that nothing happens to the matching washer! LOL If it goes, I'll probably just get another washer! LOL . They look like a big pain. Too many specialized tools!:o :D

Reference my above model number Gene, That is supposed to be PWG2200AWW
