I have already found this forum extremely informative as people out there have had the same issues as me, regarding my Frigidaire Dishwasher #FDB750RCC0.
I have identified that it must be the Hi-Limit Thermostat that is causing the timer to stick and the water not getting hot enough. Two questions -
1/ How do I go about replacing it? (i.e. where is it and what does it look like?) 2 / I live in Minnesota. Where can a purchase one here?
Thank you for your time. I just came across this website and I think I'll be using it a lot more as my house falls apart ;)

You have to remove the toe panel to access it. - The high limit thermostat Part number: AP2109201
2/ You can order it from Appliance Parts Pros by clicking on the picture above. Gene.
