Does a Wirlepool Refrigirator have separet fans for the Freezer and the Cooler?
I have a Wirlpool Refrigirator that keeps dripping water inside the cooler.
If I open the Freezer, I do hear the Freezer fan running, but when I open the cooler, I do not hear anything.
Should there be a separate fan for the cooler on top by the light?

Your upper freezer drain is frozen, must pull the freezer panel and use boiling water with a turkey baster to thaw out. Your fridge section probably has a door switch that turns the fan off when you open the door.
Your drain probably froze from either the freezer too cold, or particles falling down the drain, also check and clean the condensing coils if clogged.
