The dishwasher ran for more than 7 hours (it had CL on the display at the end). Now it will not run although I still hear the drain pump on. If I put water in the tub and turn it on, water drains but the drain pump does not stop so the fill/wash cycle does not start. I suspect after reading other posts that it either the water level regulator/switch or the diaphram. How can I tell which one it is?

Now I am not so sure. In taking the dishwasher out, I see there is a fair amount of water in the base. I found a small leak in the hose from the drain pump to the drain hose connection. It looks like water in the base was tripping the float switch keeping the drain pump rumning. I will replace the hose and see if that works.

The new drain hose solved the leak into the base and the drain pump contually running.
