The fridge beeps every time we open it. It beeps 4 times. The digital display will show the temps for a few seconds then they shut off. You can push the temp buttons up and down and it beeps but does not show anything.
Thinking a board is in order, but any advice would be great.

Thanks. I'm going to call GE Monday and see what they say. Talked to a guy at Lowes and he said pretty much the same thing.

GE won't tell you much. They will try to set up a service call with a GE tech!!! Tom ApplianceEducator.com
