I have a GE Refigerator and the Evaporator fan is not working. also the condensor fan seems to be spinning slower than normal. I have replaced both parts and nothing has changed. Also the compressor is very hot and is pulling 10 amps. could the main control board need replacing? or could the compressor be bad and pulling so much current that the fan motors arn't getting enough to perform properly? or could it just be a bad temp sensor in the fresh food section? please help. I'm completely stuck
