just replaced the main electronic board & tactile board the results were the clean light comes on, nothing else happens. If I press reset it beeps and the clean light goes on. I am unable to have anything else work. Is there another electronic switch that i need or did they send a part that does not match my machine?

Make sure all the electrical connections are secure, especially the ribbon connection between the user interface and the board.

did that,almost clicks into place
my question is if only the reset button works do i have the wrong equipment because no other commands work
