Replaced broken igniter now it will glow but gas will not start.
The drum is rotating, gas it to the valve and igniter is glowing but the gas will not start. I do not smell gas so the valve is not opening.
maybe the reason the old igniter burnt out is because it ran too long when the gas will not come on to ignite?
I am not sure what to check now and if there still is an electrical schematic available now.

Sounds like it could be a bad valve or maybe just the coils. Due to the age of this dryer though I could not find a replacement for the coils or valve.
