Louis,
If there is nothing wrong with the ignition for the top burners and there is no power to the spark module when the control calls for Bake and/or Broil than the main control board is bad.
Gene. P.S. I'm assuming the part you called "control board" is the spark module.

Oops, wrong parts terminology. It was the Spark Module that I replaced.

Thinking "outside of the box", what if I swapped J2 with J4 and then commanded Bake? I should have the same voltage from that particular burner to the bake valve. What would you think?

Nevermind! Looking at the flow, I would have to command that burner to send power to the Bake valve in that configuration.

There is no "command" power to the spark module from the main control board and this is the major problem.

Replaced the main control board and STILL NOTHING! Simple fix here, don't buy Whirlpool Gold appliances!
Thanks Gene, Louis

I realize this is an old thread but I thought I would post the solution to the problem in case someone reads it. These stoves suffer from bad gas valves located at the back bottom of the stove. If you remove the pan drawer at the bottom you can access the wiring and test the valve. You should check the resistance between the top(blue) and middle(orange) connector. It should be about 220 ohms and also check between the red(bottom) and orange(middle) connector. This should also be about 220 ohms. If either is not then the valve is bad and the broiler and oven will not work. The ignition board senses this and does not create any spark as there is no gas flow. I just fixed mine with the help of a great parts department in Las Vegas.

Hi Marty,
It's been just over a year since I fixed my oven. I found that it was the gas valve that was bad after replacing just about all the components. After replacing all the parts, it would have been the same, if not, cheaper to have just bought a new oven! Well, I didn't want miss-matched appliances so I just had to eat this one! At least I have plenty of spare parts!
Thanks, Louis
