ONE OF THE THREE BAFFLES COME OFF THE INTERIOR OF THE DRUM.
DOES IT REQUIR SCREWS TO REPLACE (I SEE NO THREADS ANYWHERE TO ATTACH TO)?
DO I HAVE TO TAKE THE DRUM OUT TO REPLACE??I
IF THERE IS NO PLCE TO SCREW ONTO DO A NEED A NEW DRUM?
IF SO, HOW MUCH DOES A NEWDRUM COST?
IF SO, WHAT CAN HAPPEN IF I DO NOTHING TO FIX THIS?

I would look for access holes in the outer tub. These are usually placed to access the baffle screws inside. These are special screws and you might want to fish them out of the tub bottom drain hose.
