As soon as the door is closed, the interior light turns on and the internal fan/motor start but there is no heat. I cannot shut it off. The clear button will beep when pressed but will not turn it off. No other buttons have any impact. The only way to stop it is to open the door. When I open the door, the light stays on and the motor stops. I have unplugged the unit for several hours but it the problem still remains when I plug it back in. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated - I would love to be able to fix this one myself!
