I can't find the brand name on the list, the tag says Hamilton Home Products Inc.
I'm new to the forum, hi everyone.

My garage heater comes on and fires for a few seconds before shutting down, but the fan comes on anyways, I was wondering what needs to be fixed.
It has a bar that glows to start the burners, it comes on sometimes and the burners light up fine with no spitter or sputter, but then they just shut off after a few seconds.
I got plenty of pictures and even a video of it trying to start up.
The first picture was the only loose wire, it looks like it was never installed or plugged into anything, it's just hanging there for some reason, the only spot it can go is the same module the other side it's connected too, and it seems like a really long jumper if that is what it's for.

The video is having problems uploading, I'll get it upo later if needed.

I have the Hamilton garage heater that is doing the same thing. This is actually the second on that i have had that did this. I called the service line with the first one and they ran through a bunch of stuff with me and basically told me that they would not ship a replacement part since they can't verify installation. They told me my 30 yr old house may have not been grounded properly. I returned the unit to home depot and got a new one. Now this one has sat for 9 months and i have re-installed in in a new home and it is doing the same thing that the person describes. glows, fires, and poofs out repeatedly until system lock out. Any ideas what i may be able to do about this....again?

Any help is appreciated.
