I went on vacation and came back to a Maytag washer that won't do anything. I've checked the electrical outlet and it is hot (no tripped breaker). I've checked the lid switch for continuity and it tests good. What now?

Can you be more specific about "won't do anything"? Do you hear any buzzing? Is it the same in every cycle?

I don't hear any buzzing, it doesn't fill with water (lid closed or open), it does the same "nothing" in every cycle.
