From what i have found im pretty sure one of the valves is bad but i dont know how to test it to make sure and i dont want to wait for him to keep hearing back from "his buddy that knows more about refrigerators" the actual model number is ed5shaxmb10 Thanks in advance for the help

Rank: Advanced Member Groups: Expert Joined: 3/15/2010(UTC) Posts: 213		put a voltmeter across water valve solenoid plug terminals, set for 120 VAC, actuate the water lever, do you get voltage across terminals? If so, you have a bad water valve. If not, you have an electrical issue starting with the water dispenser control panel. Visti my website for any general refrigerator questions.
