Hey, thanks for considering my question, here it is:

My microwave is getting power, the digital display is lit up and show current time. When I enter a cooking time, it counts down as if it were running, but there is no sound whatsoever and it does not heat. I am confused about this and thing perhaps the magnetron is spent. IS this the case, do I need a new microwave? BTW, I will never by a Frigidaire product again. We installed a Frigidaire oven, microwave and dishwasher when we moved in to our home 3 years ago and the microwave and dishwasher are both recently dysfunctional. Please give me some insight here, thanks!
