Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 3/12/2010(UTC) Posts: 1		Hi All - I have a Whirlpool GU2400XTPB3 dishwasher that has over the years developed a problem with the pump sucking air/cavitating during the wash cycle. If I open the door during the cycle and add around 4 cups of hot water to the tub then the pump goes back to sounding 'normal' (quieter). Does anyone have any suggestions? I have already tried removing the water line and checking for junk. I only got as far as removing the brass elbow on the bottom of the unit. Is there somewhere else that stuff can accumulate?
