My cermamic top cracked. I bought a replacement top. To remove and replace do you just remove the torx screw from the center of each burner? Also, the igniter, will the cooktop lift off over it or do you have to disconnect a wire from the bottom of the igniter. What is the correct procedure to replace the glass top? Thx

Yes, remove the torx screws. If you pull up on the burner after the screws are removed, you will loosen the ignitor enough to pull it straight up. each ignitor has 1 wire hooked to it. remove the wires. Remove old cooktop, run wires up through the new glass, put burners back on and screw in. attach wires to ignitors and push back through hole, and your done...Pretty easy. Takes me 10 minutes tops to replace those.
