Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 3/2/2010(UTC) Posts: 3		This refrigerator has the freeze at the top and the refri. at the bottom (two doors). The freezer at the top is working find and all items are frozen, but does have frost build up on the back wall (inside) and the part were the cool air goes into the refri. The fan in the freezer is working. The bottom (refri.) is warm ( not cool at all).Any idea how I can repair this problem? No ice maker. However, you need to see if it's the heater, the defrost thermostat, or the defrost timer. All relatively easy jobs. First unplug and defrost the freezer. Next, remove the panel in the back (inside) of the freezer to expose the evaporator. The heater is normally at the bottom of the evaporator and is encased in a glass tube. If it is broken at one or both end(s), or looks smoky or burnt at the end(s), like a burnt out flourescent light tube, replace it. Post what you find. Part number: AP3885937
