Can someone help with a parts sheet or give me some advise as to how I would diagonose and repair this loose tub? I suspect the dampers but I can't figure out how to even get the top off to look!:)

Look at the pads on the plate, but even if they are worn and need replacing I would also replace the springs. It is an easy and inexpensive process. Many times they are bad, but it is not noticeable to the ********** eye.
