picked up used side by side for garage. Neather side cools, feels like warm air gently blowing in from vents, compressor running and warm to the touch, fan running, coils and all areas free from dust, no water is being run to unit for ice, any help on what to check before calling in a pro. oh there is also a bluish green fill in the drain pan. Thanks

Remove the rear panel in the freezer and check if there is frost in the evaporator. All coils should be covered but not blocked.

If there is no frost than the problem is the sealed system, most likely it is low on Freon.

If it's low on Freon then there is a leak somewhere in the sealed system.

Such leak must be fixed first and then the system could be charged. It should be done by an authorized technician and it's expensive.

Your decision should be based on the condition of the fridge.
