I'm replacing the LF surface element of my kenmore range. The connections in the old one seem like attached to the latches. How should I remove them from the old unit and connect them to the new one. Part# 8523692.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

These are regular push-on terminals, the female on wires and the male on the heating element. Using a pliers carefully pull them from the old heating element and plug onto the new heating element (one at a time).

- The part number for the LF heating element is AP3133018
