Washer is always going out of balance and practically moves out of the room. It puts pressure on to the hose and will not allow to drain or spin unless the lid it open and you hold the tub in place. If not the belt smells like its burning. How do I fix this?

Remove the front panel and observe it in action. Tell us what you see.
